Jeremy Parks is very knowledgeable in the services he is offering . He is very clear and descriptive about the process of things. He also made it very easy for me to understand things about the Criminal Justice System. His method for rehabilitation planning is something that I feel will work very well not only in my case but I'm sure as well as many others. The pricing is very affordable. I recommend anybody who is facing charges or has a loved one facing charges to give him a call. It doesn’t hurt just to call and see.

We Work Against Incarceration

When a guilty person goes to Court to answer up on a criminal charge,  the Judge will  ask the defendant, "Do you have anything to say before I sentence you?" Sadly, most defendants only hope for a second chance without much to offer or say in return. This is where we come in, as an extension to your appointed or retained legal counsel - we are not a substitute. Our team has been in your shoes. And, like you, we didn't know there is an option to start a turnaround conversation before the trial. Sadly, the subject of rehabilitation planning and goal setting is something the defendant isn’t challenged to focus on until after the trial is over.  That’s why we've created a method for starting this conversation way before the bench trial or jury trial. We do this by working with you to provide the Court with a Pretrial Rehabilitation Dialogue Report. This report will demonstrate to the Court your proactive initiative in accepting responsibility, in being accountable, including taking full ownership.   What’s important to know is that the Judge will be looking for some additional insight, such as your risk to reoffend,  your remorse,  your attitude,  and your prospect for rehabilitation. By showing a strong determination and mindset to not reoffend,  this  will help you and your attorney present a favorable request for leniency.  A first-time offender doesn't always guarantee a slap on the wrist. We help you give  the Judge a reason to choose Restorative Justice, not Retributive Justice. Our approach offers a better way to address the Court. The more you know, the better you go.
